Katie had a lot of fun on her birthday, the cake was a hit with her as were her presents.  I still can't believe this little girl is 2 already...

Happy 2nd Birthday Katie!

Our baby girl is 2 already!

She is as spunky as they get.  This little girl is NOT going to be a push over at all.  Katie is will to stand her ground no matter what!

She LOVE, LOVE, LOVES her breakfast.  She does NOT miss breakfast.   Usually her breafast is 3 pancakes that are almost the size of a dessert plate! I have no idea where she puts it all because she is actually the thinnest of the 3 girls.  Every now and then she will mix it up and have cereal and whatever else looks good that the other girls are having.

I am convinced she doesn't realize she is smaller than Kylie and Lacey.  She tries her darndest to do everything they do, from dancing to singing to gymnastics...you name it she's willing to try it. 

Most definately the 2 year old 'I can do it' phase has kicked in with a vengance!  She gets SO upset when there is something she is SURE she can do and then it ends up that she needs help.

Went to the doctor for her well child visit.   The doctor said she was doing great!  She weighs 27.6 pounds and is 33 1/2 inches tall. 

She is a fun little girl that is definately going to keep us on our toes!

It's hard to believe this little girl is 4 already!

In many ways I forget that she isn't a little baby anymore.

She has a super funny personality.

She is probably the most laid back of the 3 girls...and really, she isn't all that laid back!  She is much more willing to accept things, and absolutley LOVES to hang out with Kylie.

She insisted on a Tinkerbell birthday party.  It was her first 'friend' party.  She loved it!  Of course, since we had her friend party almost a week before her actual birthday that meant we celebrated for almost a week!

She had her friend birthday party on Saturday, brought cupcakes to Sunday school on Sunday, then on her actual birthday (a Wednesday) she brought cake to school!  Of course that night we had company come over for more cake and Pizza!  Number 4 will go down as a great birthday party year to be sure!

I'm super excited to be able to catch a picture of all 3 of them looking in the same direction and HAPPY!  This was taken the morning of Lacey's birthday.  She was so excited to wear her 'I am 4' shirt!

I had orginally planned to take Lacey's pictures myself, but the weather just would NOT cooperate!

So we opted for the tried and true Portrait Innovations.  I love that place, I always get WAY more pictures that I need and almost always LOVE all of the pictures.

I think they did a great job capturing Lacey's personality!  Fiesty, spunky, and sweet indeed!

Happy 3rd Birthday To Lacey!

Our loveable, laughable, lively little Lacey turns 3 today!!!

She is such a smart, sweet, yet sassy, spunky, and silly little girl.  We wouldn't want her any other way.

Dear Lacey,

Mommy and Daddy love you so much.  We love the fact that your eyes are always sparkling.  It is you that keeps us on our toes at all times.  Not just because we wonder what you could be getting into but also because we wonder what you are going to think to say next!  You have such a way with your words even at only 3.  Lots of people have a hard time beliving you are just turning 3!

At 3 years old you can spell and recognize your name in print.  You are obsesessed with Dora and the Disney Princesses.  You Love the letter 'L'.  Your favorite colors are pink and purple.  You can count to 16 and know pretty much all of your colors.  Your teachers at daycare tell me you are almost the first one to shout out the letter when they print them on the board.

We are so proud of you Lacey.  Mommy and Daddy cannot wait to see what your future holds, one thing we know is it will be bright!  We will always be there to support you no matter what.

Kylie's Birthday Party!

Kylie wanted to have her birthday party before we moved.  We decided to have it at a local gymnastics gym in our area.  The kids (and parents too) had so much fun.  It's a great place to have a party.  They provide the cake (depending on the package chosen), they direct all of the activities right down to the gift opening and they even helped arrange for group shots of all of the kids.  It was perfect.  It was so funny seeing all of the kids's faces bright red and the sweat from how hard they had been playing.  Kylie really enjoyed having so many of her friends there.  It was a great time.

She originally wanted to have a Justin Bieber (JB) themed party, but since we couldn't get a JB cake she compromised and just wore JB shirt to her party instead.

Lacey's birthday party

We had a small birthday party for Lacey this week. It was a little early due to the fact that Daddy unfortunatly has to work on her birthday and we wanted him to be able to be there when her birthday was celebrated. Lacey had a great time. She grinned from ear to ear the entire time we sang her happy birthday!

Oh how the time has flown by, I can't believe how fast you have grown! Six years ago today you made Daddy and I the happiest people on earth! We am so proud to be your parents. You continue to amaze us everyday with your sense of humor and your compassion towards others.

Kylie wanted a horse themed party so that's what we did! All her friends seemed to have a great time. We are so thankful the weather cooperated, all morning long it looked like it might rain. About 30 minutes before the start of the party the clouds parted and out came the sun! The pinata was a 'hit' (pun intended). It is so much fun to watch the girls work so hard to get the candy out. Kylie loved the party, and that's what matters...right?!
