T-Ball Game!

Here are some pictures from Kylie's tee ball game on Monday. She had a blast, it was the most involved I've ever seen her at a game. When we left she said "Mommy and Daddy that was soooo much fun!"

What a cute 3rd baseman!

Ready to run

Stealing the base maybe???

there she goes!

Which way is the ball gonna go? I'm ready!

Good Hit!

Being Silly

Doing her job as the pitcher!

She said Mommy when I'm playing t-ball I can hear you say "Go Kylie! Go Kylie!" I asked if she liked that or should I stop saying that and she told me "No I really like it!"
I'm so happy she isn't embarassed by me...yet

Slippin' and Slidin'

After watching Kylie play in our pool Greg mentioned that he thought Kylie would have a lot of fun on a Slip 'n Slide. So when we were shopping last week I bought her a Slip 'n Slide. So on Sunday I invited on of Kylie's friends over to play on the slip n slide because I knew she wouldn't want to play on in herself. Well, Greg was right! Kylie had so much fun on her Slip 'n Slide. Even though it was a little chilly outside she didn't seem to mind. She played on it off and on all afternoon. I think she changed out of her swimsuit at least 3 times that afternoon. Her friend had a good time too!

At the beginning...
Big splash!

Bigger splash!

Almost to the end!

Made it!
And she does a cute pose for the camera!

Daddy's Love

Loving on Miss Lacey...

Getting some daddy kisses :)

Taking in all the lovin'

Giving a little lovin' back...Daddy loves those kisses!

Just visiting...Lacey is telling Daddy about what was going on at home when he was at work. By the looks of it, Daddy seems pretty happy with what he is hearing.

More visiting....
Need I say more???

Our 4th of July at the Children's Museum

Here are our pictures from our trip to The Children's Museum in Indianapolis, IN. Since there were so many pictures I decided it was easier to put them in a slide show rather than post them all individually.

We really had a lot of fun at the museum. The museum is 5 floors of exhibits! We were able to visit all of the floors and see most of the exhibits on each floor in the 5 hours we were there. We tried to choose exhibits that we thought Kylie would enjoy. She seemed to absolutely enjoy herself the entire time. Greg and I learned how fast she can move, we were constantly on the move just following her! That's probably why our feet were aching by the time we left.

I think Kylie's favorite exhibit was the dinosaurs. If we would have let her I think she would have spent most of the day just looking at dinosaurs.
. She also like the Egypt exhibit, her favorite part of it was the airplane 'ride' to Egypt. It really did feel like the plane was flying. She rode the plane to Egypt at least 4 times and probably would have been more if we wouldn't have made her get off because we were leaving. Of course she loved the carousel too.
We let her ride 2 times and she seemed content with those 2 rides. We were very proud of her for accepting 2 rides was the limit especially since it was the end of the day and we were all very tired.

We definitely would like to go back and visit the museum again! Kylie is very intrigued by museums especially after going to the movie Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian with daddy. She has seen the movie twice and loves to recite lines from the movie, it's very funny to listen to. One day I'll try to catch it on video and share for all to see!

Enjoy our pictures from our Children's Museum adventure:

Our 4th of July

Kylie loves to swim. So everytime we say we are going to a hotel to stay or visit the first thing she asks 'Can we go swimming?!' So since Daddy had to work I thought it would be fun for me and the girls to go and visit him while he was on reserve. Thankfully he didn't get called out while we were down visiting - it was a very good chance that he would since it was a holiday.
Anyway Kylie and Greg had lots of fun swimming as you can tell by the following pictures. Lacey and I got in the first day and it was too cold for her so we ended up getting out and by then it was her bedtime anyway. So she slept in her stroller while I watched Greg and Kylie in the pool!
She loves to jump into the pool , there she goes!

Going in!

Her big splash!

She survived the jump!

MckLinky Blog Hop: A FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPH

Once a week there will be a theme to the blog hop and this week is: A FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPH. Post one of your favorite photographs and a caption that tells the audience about it.

This is my favorite photograph because it is one of the first pictures taken when Kylie saw Lacey for the first time. I think you can 'feel' the love in the picture. I love both of my girls very much. They definatley have a special bond of their own too. Their faces light up whenever they see each other. I am truly blessed to have such wonderful daughters.
